Request re-accreditation

Complete the form below to receive your accreditation as a ‘Communication Accessible’ organisation.

As part of your submission, consider how your organisation will aim to meet each of the standards. Consider the framework and each indicator below and also consider the guidance here. Once accredited, your organisation will be placed on our national register of ‘Communication Accessible’ organisations for a period of 12 months.

You will then be prompted 11 months later to renew your accreditation.

  • - Adapt your organisations physical environment; - Match the way you communicate to the ways people understand; and - Respond positively to the different ways people express themselves.
