We want your journey with us to be as relaxed and enjoyable as is humanly possible. Our drivers are all fully (enhanced) DBS checked, friendly, polite and punctual. Our vehicles are kept spotlessly clean and well maintained in order to provide you with the reliable service you’ve come to expect from us.
A trip is not about A or B, it’s about what happens in between those two points, and we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to make that experience a positive one for all our clients.
We also strive to be kind, patient and “inclusive” and to provide transport that is accessible to all, and for that reason, Friendly Cabs is fully accredited by Communications Access UK, who train our drivers to better understand how to communicate with those with impairments or disabilities. In September this year (2023), all our drivers will take the Stage 1 Makaton course, which will enable them to competently speak to those who might be non-verbal and therefore communicate through the medium of sign language.
