ICCM is a UK-wide complex care provider for adults and children with profound disabilities.
Founded in 1997, ICCM has been a leader in complex care for more than 20 years. In 2016, City and County Healthcare Group acquired ICCM Ltd.
As a team, we possess a diverse range of experience, knowledge and skills, essential for the delivery of high-quality health and social care. We support clients with severe disabilities living in local communities across the UK. Our clients include people living with spinal cord injuries, PMLD, motor neurone disease and those in need of domiciliary ventilation.
Our common goal is to embrace and promote the principles of independence and choice. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our clients and customers, we hold a strong belief in the philosophies of equality, respect, trust and integrity. We work in partnership with clients, their families, allied professionals and commissioning services to achieve those aims.
Our aims and objectives:
•Deliver a professional, considerate and compassionate service to children, young people and adults with physical disabilities and complex needs.
•Employ appropriately-qualified Registered Nurses to oversee Personal Assistants in providing clinical care delivery to those with complex care needs. This includes assisting with issues like invasive respiratory management, and bowel management
•Provide an outstanding service through a comprehensive quality assurance process
•Employ a competitive cost structuring that enables clients to live as independently and comfortable as possible in their own homes, despite considerable needs
•Provide continual training, development and investment in our Personal Assistants, nurses and managers
•Recognise the importance of diversity in recruitment and selection
